What happens?

Mini Showcase Repository(REQUIRED)

umi版本："@umijs/max": "^4.4.2"
.umirc.ts相关配置：

构建产物：

plugin配置：

runtimePublicPath 配置后，构建产物并没有增加动态base
正常期望是动态配置的，生辰后的html script 中的 src=“http://xxx.cdn.com/xx/umi.js” window.publicPath中的值
