Problem Definition

Some of our tests are long or not stable and are skipped in CI

Proposal

  1. Review all skipped tests
  2. not stable skipped tests - mark them as not stables
  3. add one more Github CI workflow/job to run those long tests once a day (or we can discuss to run them every second day) and every time we tag.
