Names are non-descriptive compared to other pipelines such as oncoanalyser-wgts-dna and oncoanalyser-wgts-rna pipelines.

Thought maybe something like dragen-wgts-dna and dragen-wgts-rna instead.

We also might need to run some germline data and would be easiest to run through the tumor-normal pipeline rather than creating an entirely new service.
