Missing count in the Examine dashboard

Bug summary

In v13 when you search in the Examine dashboard in the backoffice you get a count of the results:

On v16.0.0 (unsure when this started) the count is gone:

This count is super useful for debugging!

Looks like above and beyond this, this display needs paging added, as it's currently requesting just the first page of 100 items. The API output is providing a paged response, i.e.:
