Problem of choosing a commune when there is only one commune #2431

I think there's a bug in the display when using the commune import wizard.

If you only have one town to choose from, you end up with this display:

However, if you click on the white part, the commune is selected.

OS: Linux
Browser : Firefox
Version : 134
