How to build the Docker image?

Hey there, thank you for your great work on this project. I am trying to build the Docker image using the supplied Dockerfile from v2.2.0 release. Here's what I am doing:

git clone https://github.com/umami-software/umami.git
cd umami/
git fetch origin
git checkout v2.2.0
docker build -t localhost/umami:v2.2.0 .

I'm getting the following error:

My questions:

• why would I need a connection to the database during build?
• what's the best way to fix it without having a database during build?
• are there any written complete instructions on how to build a Docker image from sources?

It's not connection to the database, it's database type and you can pass the database type as argument as below:

docker build -t localhost/umami:latest --build-arg DATABASE_TYPE=postgres .
