Add additional functionality to ListPlugin from IndentListPlugin

In my project I use ListPlugin because I want a more standardized and limited list. However it seems like there are some issues with it because it seems to be ignored for indent list. This results in some functionality, which should be available for ListPlugin to be missing. For what I have right now, it is deleting the line if it's empty on backspace. In indent list it works by default but in base list it doesn't and ignores backspace. I believe this function is not dependent on anything indent list uniquely provides.
