put libz3.dylib in the directory you call uclid from
use the SMTLibInterface, by using the command line option -s "z3 -in" when you call uclid (nb: the z3 binary must be added to your $PATH for this to work)
disable SIP (we do not recommend this)
We won't fix this issue: the Z3Interface is gradually going to be deprecated and users will be pushed towards the SMTLibInterface instead

There is a known issue with using the Z3Interface on mac, caused by the Z3 java API not finding the correct libraries.
