Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched existing issues

What happened?

Refreshing the page loses all progress.

What was the expected behavior?

Refreshing the page returns me to the same section.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to a middle section
Refresh the page
Observe that you're back at the start.
