install.php should not change structure of core tables.

the install.php file drops the fields hidestartdate and hideenddate from the "course" table - I assume these are ucla custom changes, but could cause significant dataloss if another org has intentionally customised their site with these fields. I assume this is just ucla specific and you might just be able to delete the install.php file.
