Hey Megan,

Let's track the parcels issue in this Github issue - we need parcels layers covering the current extent of these towns (and the surrounding areas). If we can't find them, it's not the end of the world - I have code that will generate a simulated parcel layer, but the real one would be best. I've put your name after some towns below for you to look for. Usually, it's the counties that maintain this, but Wisconsin maintained it at the state level. So, probably worth figuring out what county these towns are in and searching for that. Thank you!

Megan found English and Leavenworth, parcels, but nothing for Missouri
