Add a setting to remove .OTTER_LOG before export the zip file to be submitted

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
one student could not have his zip file submitted for a simple assignment even though his code is completely correct. I found that his zip file was close to 400 MB and the otter_log file accounts for most of the size. I have not set "save_environment" or the "variables" setting since I am not grading from log files.

Describe the solution you'd like
Please have a setting to have the log file removed from the zip file since we cannot control students behavior and it is very time-consuming trying to troubleshoot this problem. If one is not grading based on the log, the file is not useful for submission.

Describe alternatives you've considered
One alternative offered by Chris is to run !rm .OTTER_LOG manually before export the zip file but this involves troubleshooting and repetitive work with all affected students one by one. This would be very time-consuming
