Optimize for a EU with all the pipelined FUs of the same latency

If all the pipe FUs in a EU have the same latency, then the hazard checking for the writes of that FU should be a bit simpler.
I think the RTL needs to be written in a way that DCE will take over and remove all the redundant stuff if the latency is fixed in this case.
