As noted in #44:

Please update the instructions in the "BAG3++ setup in a new PDK" page of the documentation to explain how to find relevant device parameters for bag_prim.cir (I assume it's similar to CDL?). Currently the documentation explains bag_prim.cdl and bag_prim.scs only.
