Alteration of Step 8

Step 8:
curl https://storage.googleapis.com/ubyssey/dropbox/ubyssey.sql | mysql -u root ubyssey -p
The above database is currently out of date with our development database. We need to provide a better test database. In the mean time we need to modify step 8.

Modification:

1. python manage.py migrate
2. python manage.py createsuperuser
   a. Email: [email protected]
   b. Password: vounteer
