Should be able to select an organizer in events calendar to show exclusively

Right now you can click on an organizer in the legend at the bottom to hide it but you can't select it to show exclusively. I'm not sure how to do the input for this. The best I can think of is double click which isn't intuitive and also wouldn't work with how our calendar is right now because the legend moves up and down as events on the calendar get hidden and unhidden. So double clicking is sometimes impossible.

I think the best way is to have an "exclude all"/"show all" button which switches the category toggles between filtering by subtraction and addition
