Seo focus keyword overflow #924

When too many characters are provided to the SEO focus keywords for an article, the article fails to upload without a helpful error.

What behavior were you expecting?

If the keywords overflow the character limit, the articleSidebar should show where and what the issue is so editors can fix it. Such as when an article does not have a subsection.

What actually happened?

No verbose error output to identify the issue.
