Add a page to view the progress of all active downloads or updates.

As I was using this app store, I couldn't find any place where we can view the progress of the download or update (Like manage page in play store on Android).

I feel that, that page would help us a lot track the progress, and individual update buttons from there. (Issue #1410 )
