community-center: inconsistent alignment

There are five 'elements', consisting of a large icon and text description beneath.
The spacing between the text and the icon for the last three elements (left to right then top to bottom) is significantly greater than the spacing for the first two elements.
I would recommend they all have the same spacing, and that the last three elements be adjusted to match the first two.
