Turn off quiet when using ujust update

ujust update passes a quiet flag to bootc upgrade when called from the terminal. When doing a manual update this way we should default to showing progress since I am doing a manual update.

This is an upstream uupd problem. I think we can just add an option to disable the bootc module and run bootc manually
