Disregarding no sleep setting and going to sleep

Describe the bug

I have configured the power options to not sleep while connected to external power, and on multiple occasions while attempting to download games over long periods of time, or scrape metadata for ROMs, the system goes to sleep anyway. Causing the downloads to pause wasting hours of potential download...

What did you expect to happen?

system should not sleep, screen can dim.but system should remain awake
