Task author receives no payout for completing the task

If someone writes the spec and completes the task, they should be rewarded for both possibly with the spec having a lower multi applied or something like that.

But they should at the very least receive the higher of the two sets of rewards. The below two issues are examples of the Task author (Me) writing the spec and completing the task yet I'm not getting the task reward.
