Test python workflow with vscode on syzygy remote

Setup with #32

• Need to find the remote URL for ubc.syzygy.ca, etc. Starting your server, etc.
• Get a token. on syzygy it is https://ubc.syzygy.ca/jupyter/hub/token
• I think the URL to use is something like https://ubc.syzygy.ca/jupyter/user/jlperla
• > Jupyter: Enter the url of a local/remote notebook and paste some link in and the token
  • The UI for this is a little odd for copy/paste, so you can put both the URL and the token into a single string, copy it, paste, and edit in the two choices. Otherwise if you switch between the choices it won't work.
• Then try Run Cell, which should start a new kernel...

Right now this isn't working...
