We have discussed this multiple times but I just want to emphasize on need of some DC flag (we will be running a lot of DC runs)
Options:

Making -I and -R smart (able to handle 3 variables (not just 1 and 5))
A separate flag
A variable in cap.pl (something like $idc = 0 or 1)
