Max ads: Blocking ads while supporting creators

So, I want to support creators while not being bombarded with ads.
What might be a good option, instead of enabling/disabling the feature, would be to have some features to allow but limit ads, if possible.

For instance: (this might be a per-filter setting, or possibly only on ads)

[_ 1 _] Count of ads allowed per page (Site-specific? Youtube?)
[X] Ad(s) only at start of video (limited to Count ^)
[_ 120m _] Enable countdown: When you manually Disable uBlock Origin, after this time it will automatically re-enable. (This is for when you have the tolerance to support content creators for a while).
[_ 120m _] Disable countdown: When you manually Enable uBlock Origin, after this time it will automatically disable. (If you normally are okay with ads.)
