bibliography styles "gb-7714-2015-numeric" and "gb-7714-2015-note" show incorrectly #189

Description

When setting style to "gb-7714-2015-numeric", compiler seems to use ',' for multiple citations where is expected to be '-', as shown below:

and when using "gb-7714-2015-note", the footnote entry seems to be very strange.

The first problem (about "gb-7714-2015-numeric") may be referenced at #154 and https://github.com/csimide/SEU-Typst-Template#%E5%8F%82%E8%80%83%E6%96%87%E7%8C%AE.
