Does `MacrotaskExecutor` work in Cloudflare Workers? #136

I couldn't find anything that indicates any of the APIs used by the polyfill are provided. Supposedly they are like Web Workers?

Workers doesn't implement setImmediate so it's not included in the test sandbox.
