Suggestion: Support for generic "Actions"

To enhance the functionality of twitter-together repo, it should support non-tweet actions, making use of the Twitter API to the fullest extent possible.

Suggestion would be to use a new actions folder or actions.yaml file that can trigger various actions when it is updated such as:

• Deleting Tweets
• Undo Retweets
• Pinning / Unpinning Tweets
• Following / Unfollowing Users
• Liking / Unliking Tweets
• Blocking, Muting
• Updating Profile

Superseding, and for the same reasoning as #208, the main benefit is that it allows a TT repo to be more independent of the Twitter account's owner, who can maintain custody while being as hands-off as possible.

This makes the TT action more useful to more project use cases.

I'm afraid of the complexity this would add to the project. We can discuss here, but once we get to code I would suggest to explore them in a separate action for now
