[bug] Jerky scrolling in week view when preserveScrollPosition is turned on

The component arbitrary scrolls several time up and down when a user scrolls the week view vertically.
It looks like onScroll handler is called redundantly or even generates a recursion when the handler itself produces additional scroll events (just a hypothesis).
