When editing in the passage map panel, should be able to right click jump on links

It would speed up editing of Twine documents if you could either switch to another passage panel or open a new panel by right clicking on a link in the current passage panel. Two options could be offered:

1. to open the linked passage and close the previous one
2. to leave the current passage panel open and also open the linked passage panel.
