Adding Subnets for a LB (v9)
Adding a Classic LB (_Note_ The previously added subnets have no route table association, the LB has no security group and the instance SG doesn't allow http (v10)
Permitting the LB subnets access in the Instance SG on port 80 - requests from LB being seen with tcpdump (v11)
Adding a route table association between the LB subnets abd our route table created at step 3 (v12)
Adding a new SG and associating it with the LB. Changed LB HealthCheck intervals (v13)
