Remove day_0 directory/files completely (they're redundant) #170

https://github.com/turingschool-examples/module_0_capstone/tree/master/day_0 is a duplicate of the material on the repo README;

Since it was written, we've moved some of the material to the mod0 repository, like:

Setting up Terminal Access for Atom
Setting up GitHub SSH Keys
Forking and Cloning the Prework Repository

and we have the other two sections covered in more detail on the README already:

Installing Rbenv - a Ruby Version Manager. This allow us to install other versions as needed
Installing Ruby Versions using Rbenv

I think this directory is safe to delete, but I didn't want to do too large a PR/re-work at the moment, so I'll leave this for later.
