  1. Finalise the 28th Oct. Lunch plan with Martine once there is an estimate for the number of participants
  2. Design Wynn to collect "complaints" following the collection/feedback box idea
  3. Add @jialeidng to the IDEA-Taskforce repo
  4. Code of Conduct 3DTalk planned by Clara, need to discuss the details closer to the event. Currently scheduled 30th of Jan. 2025
  5. Reach out to the D&I office (to look for support?? and funding??) for all we do here

Some other responsiibilities we agreed upon

  1. Game design - 1st of March (deadline?)
  2. We kind of did not manage to plan for celebrating Oct. as the diversity month. However, its not too late if we do this expidite method and share things?
