Your knowledge on this topic is amazing and this is hands-down the best tutorial I have ever read. I was amazed at how much my computer science course in high school ended up helping me after all!

It seems me and a few others were having issues with the mDNS and I found that to solve it all you need is MDNS.update(); in void loop(). You definitely know way more than me so take this with a pinch of salt, but it helped a few people including me so I figured you might want to drop a footnote or something.
