Quitting Menu Bar items

Hi there,

I can't seem to find any reference to closing menu bar items... is this possible?

When I fire up my live-streaming bunch, I'd love to kill anything that might decide to sync to the cloud and eat up my bandwidth... (Dropbox, Gdrive, backblaze etc...)

Possible?

Just like any app, you quit with an exclamation point. Some apps, like Dropbox, don't respond to quit commands at all and have to be with a shell command: $ killall Dropbox - Brett
