Just like any app, you quit with an exclamation point. Some apps, like Dropbox, don't respond to quit commands at all and have to be with a shell command:
$ killall Dropbox

Hi there,
I can't seem to find any reference to closing menu bar items... is this possible?
When I fire up my live-streaming bunch, I'd love to kill anything that might decide to sync to the cloud and eat up my bandwidth... (Dropbox, Gdrive, backblaze etc...)
Possible?
Thanks!
