Quitting Menu Bar items

Hi there,

I can't seem to find any reference to closing menu bar items... is this possible?

When I fire up my live-streaming bunch, I'd love to kill anything that might decide to sync to the cloud and eat up my bandwidth... (Dropbox, Gdrive, backblaze etc...)

Possible?

Sorry, I had sent a reply to this via email and apparently it never posted. In most cases you can quit menu bar apps with just !AppName, but some instances, such as Dropbox, require using Unix killall commands. Backblaze has its own utility for pausing backups. See the Podcasting example for both Dropbox and Backblaze examples.
