use bootstrap modals for bus information

Right now just some sort of generic popup is used.

Bootstrap is included in the app might as well use it. https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/components/modal/

Might it be better to use popovers instead? They could be positioned on a bus instead of taking up the whole screen. Would require an additional include though.
