Improve token listing guidelines #29770

The current listing guidelines are not complete. I had a recent experience with listing 2 tokens and improving the docs and the flow would make the process much easier.

My issues is based on this documentation page:
https://developer.trustwallet.com/developer/listing-new-assets/requirements

  1. Type in docs: ERC20, BEP2, BEP20, TRC20, TRC10, ... but in reality BASE is required for Base chain. I would
  2. Tags - missing values to choose from
  3. Links - missing values for the name enum
  4. Inconsistency between merge-fee-bot and GitHub actions (checks) - some require X links to start with x.com, the other require twitter.com
