Ignore .DS_Store always and forever #69

When doing file operations via macOS (via Finder), suddenly you will have:
/spec/terms-definitions/.DS_Store.md

And a resulting specs-generated.json like this:

"markdown_paths": [
…
        "terms-definitions/.DS_Store",
        "terms-definitions/term-1.md",
        "terms-definitions/term-2.md",
…
      ],

.DS_Store files are macOS system files, they should not be copied and they should be deleted.
