More broken links/images

On running the site locally, I get the following warnings:

WARNING  -  Documentation file 'boxes/optimism-bridge/index.md' contains a link to 'boxes/optimism-bridge/optimism-bridge-box.png' which is not found in the documentation files.
WARNING  -  Documentation file 'devcon5/src/plugins/README.md' contains a link to 'devcon5/qunit_test_runner.html' which is not found in the documentation files.
WARNING  -  Documentation file 'devcon5/src/plugins/rel/README.md' contains a link to 'devcon5/build.js' which is not found in the documentation files.
WARNING  -  Documentation file 'docs/vscode-ext/how-to/debug-smart-contracts.md' contains a link to 'docs/truffle/getting-started/interacting-with-your-contracts.md' which is not found in the documentation files.

Presumably these are broken and need to be fixed!
