double icons and they dont open

Describe the bug
What happened and what did you expect?
Go to Imdb and try to ad a serie to Sonarr
But there are 2 Sonarr icons. But also 2 Radarr icons.
None of them work.

This goes for all 3 browsers

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
Go to Imdb
Click on the Sonarr / Radarr icon
