first frame inflight missile bug

found on user 0x66da63b03... level 5, 3rd chunk. basically shot a missile at frame 0 and the incoming missile value was the position of the missile after one frame instead of before one frame. fix was to overwrite starting position of incoming missile with 0 and 10k but should fix better. temp fix was to prevent shots from occurring on first frame but not a great long term solution.
