Membership Achievements

Membership spotlights for alumni might want to include the company that they were for to kind of show "how far some of our members have gone" kind of thing. This could replace the "mtu##" text under their name on the spotlight cards.

The spotlights on the front page might want to have some kind of cycling mechanic on them to show more than just the 3 alphabetically first people.

Another idea would be to create a page for a card column of everyone that just keeps going.
