Although standalone apps are officially phasing out from Chrome (but do they?), it would be nice to have a standalone app (Chrome app, even if used with eg. Brave). That would make it more like a desktop app, even if it's not really.
Even better if there was an app that integrates with desktop environments, in the case of Linux, with KWallet, or Gnome Keyring.
