Incorrect version of .tar.gz packaged with the tremor-0.12.4 release

Problem
The 0.12.4 tremor version will install correctly using dpkg but unfortunately, the packaged version (tremor-0.12.4-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.tar.gz) is missing some dependencies or configuration and won't work correctly.

Steps

1. Unpacking the .tar.gz file and running the tremor executable contained therein will throw the errors pictured below

thought it could be an easy fix and have the opportunity to get an overview of the release procedures, as well... :p
