Builds show sysread() is deprecated on :utf8 handles at /home/travis/locallib/lib/perl5/File/Slurp.pm line 225
This has been fixed in Aug 2016, see https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=826415

The Perl 5.24 images could be updated accordingly.
