First, this thing is wonderful.

Here is the .travis.yml file and dist.ini in question.

Everything builds fine, except on Perl 5.22. On 5.22, the release dependencies are installed but the author tests are run. See line 211 of the 5.22 test vs line 209 of the 5.20 test. I guess dzil build is getting confused?

A possible difference is Travis has to download 5.22, but not 5.20. I don't know why this would make a difference. Maybe one has a different version of Dist::Zilla installed?

Add a Travis config.

5.22 is currently not working, for some reason the author tests are
running.  See travis-perl/helpers#26
