Trying to perform a pull on a managed user not working.

I'm trying to do a pull from trakt to one of my managed users. All the configuration settings seem correct but after performing the sync either by waiting the specified period or doing a library scan none of the track viewed states change on the plex side. I'm attaching logs in case anyone can review them and point me in the right direction. The system is a window 10 pc running latest plex server version as of today and I don't think I'm using any of the new plex agents.
