Proposed statistics

It's just a list of nice-to-have statistics. It does not mean all of them should be maintained by the tracker. They could be collected by external services.

I've been debugging performance problems in the live demo. It would have been easier for me if I had had statistics like the ones described here.

Nice-to-have stats would be the following ones.

Totals (some can derived from the previous ones):

• Total number of peers (notice this does not equal seeders + leechers)
• Total number of requests per IP version
• Total number of requests per protocol
• Total number of requests per type of requests
• Total number of requests (any IP version, protocol and type of requests)

Aggregated every 15 minutes (these can derived polling the tracker every 15 minutes):

• All of the metrics avobe taken every 15 minutes to generate graphs like these.

Stats per torrents
