@mjsuhonos reported some errors that I didn't run into when running vagrant up. I'm running this on Windows 7, need to check that this works on a Mac, and *nix platforms.

@steven1350 @followfung while I'm happy to improve the stability and recency of this repo, IMO it's not the best use of our time if it begins to require a lot of (hard to reproduce) platform compatibility work.

FWIW I'm going to be using the pre-built Islandora VM images for my local development.

That makes sense, I won't be making any large changes to the config in terms of making it stable for the next little while. Just enough so that it runs without issues on the computers I use. On that note, it runs perfectly fine on my laptop (Windows 10).

EDIT: Also may be worth it to note, I tried to run this cookbook through knife-zero to provision a remote machine for fun, but it didn't work.
